PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR SHANGRI-LA TOWERS

On Booking   Rs. 2,00,000/-
On Allotment within 15 days from Booking Date Less Booking Amount   10% of Basic Price
On Agreement within 30 days from the date of Allotment   15% of Basic Price (plus 50% of Legal Charges plus 50% of Club Membership Charges)
On Completion of Foundation   10% of Basic Price
On 5th Floor Casting   10% of Basic Price
On 10th Floor Casting   10% of Basic Price
On 15th Floor Casting   10% of Basic Price
On Top Slab Casting   10% of Basic Price
On Brick Work of the Unit   10% of Basic Price
On Flooring of the Unit   10% of Basic Price
On Possession    5% of Basic Price (plus 50% of Legal Charges and Total Charges for Facilities & Amenities)

* Service Tax and VAT will be added as per rates as notified by the Government from time to time.

 

SHANGRI-LA TOWERS EXTRA CHARGES

Interest Free Deposit on account of Maintenance Charge   Rs. 28/- per Sq. Ft. on carpet area.
Formation of Association   Rs.5000/-
Documents & Legal Charges   Rs.11/- per sq. ft.
Club Membership Charges   Rs.75,000/-

Stamp Duty & Registration Charges will be extra on actuals
